• 11-Week Instructor Snowboard Course
Hi All,
I`m on the above course in Fernie.
Names John, 37 been boarding for 7 years used to ski before but don't tell anyone. Just wanted to be the first to post something.
May have spoke to a few of you on SCUK as username John_mac.

Stuart, 29, boarding for a couple of years so nowhere near the level of experience of you guys. Out on a boarding course and hoping to convince my skiing friends to teach me the basics while I'm there...

hey guys.... im only 18 but will be turning 19 right at the end of da trip... dont worry about presents, i axcept all major cards except american express.
cant wait now loads of snow up there aswell so all looks good.
im also on SCUK as rouge_assasin. if your not a member of SCUK u should check it out.... loads of good information, kwl ppl.

Hi Guys,
Ali, from the NONSTOP office here. Thought I'd make contact on our spanking new forum, think you'll all agree it's pretty cool.
I guess you've all started counting down the days. Am very jealous, up until May I'd spent the last 7 skisons (you see what I did there?) in the French Alps, skiing, working and playing hard.
However, I'm chuffed to bits to be working at NONSTOP. I've finally found a way to combine my passion for skiing and seasonal life with all the benefits of full time employment, (namely a higher ranking on the food chain!)
The only advice I have is, go out there and have an absolute blast! And before that, try and get as fit as possible. It's not too late to start, just walk every where you can and run up all the stairs you come across (two at a time) between now and then. Even after a seasons skiing I can still feel the burn at the end of a full on day on the hill (and that's nothing to do with burning the candle at both ends for 5 months! Honest!).
So my count down starts here, only 95 days to go ‘til I come out and see you all!

I may be from the ski side but a drink sounds bloody good to me.
And all my friends in the snow scene tend to be snowboarders so i thought i'd say hello.
Ps. the fernie park better be as sick this year.

I`m flying out of London Heathrow on the 12th Jan at 12:40 is there anyone else on that flight?
We can arange to get the same transfer up to Fernie.
Because I said I had been doing it for 7 years doesn't mean I`m any good

Hi guys
You all sound really cool and excited!!
just thought i would introduce myself my name is Ji im 28 from Norwich and im a mad boarder!!  Been boarding since 99 and hitting it harder every year.
You lot sound really good fun im sure we are going to have a huge giggle and pleanty of drinks too by the sound of it WooooooooHooooooo!!
Im that Stoked about going to Fernie on the 11 week instructor course im actually going out there 2 weeks early! "Live and love to board"
I will be in Fernie for the 5th of January so anyone going early give me a shout! Maybe we could hit the slopes together!
Look forward to meeting all of you

hi guys, I'm Hannah and 27 from london, and on the skiing course...so just being nosey.., but I'm sure we'll all meet anyway in the bars of Fernie..so saying hello now!
Birthday drinks also sound good Laura, I'm pretty sure you'll have a fab crowd of people buying you all sorts of drinks!

• I'm so excited!
Hey everybody, my name is Ross i am 22 and so so excited about going to Fernie, cant wait to meet you all! Fernie looks amazing and there is so much snow  Looking forward having having the odd drink or two with you and taking in some of that amazing powder that seems to be everywhere! Just quit work so I could do this and I just want to let you know it feesl so good
I am flying out on the 29th of Dec, if anyone else is leaving the same time and you fancy a beer in the airport before we go get in touch.
