Hey Callum, i've just bought the family guy box set, along with a load of simpsons and futurama, so about 24 hours worth there to keep us occupied!

I'm also bringing over a laptop with all my video kit so will be making a few videos over the coming season. So if anyone's camera shy, stay away! I'm going to attempt to make a movie of the season, and some other little ones in between, so if anyone's interested in this i'm all for hearing ideas!

Well i'm married to my Mac, so do all my stuff on Final Cut. But should be plenty out there to inspire and get the old creative juices flowing. We'll be in the Rockies afterall!!!

Not seen the family guy movie, to be honest not seen a lot of the family guy series. But loved the ones i have seen so thought i'd buy a box set to give me (and others) a few hours of entertainment!!! One thing i learnt from my season in Cham is that you can never have enough DVDs!

When you going out? I'm going out on the 3rd and staying a couple of weeks afterwards.

I've got a Cannon XM2 as my main camera, and also a little Panasonic DV. Was going to get a helmet cam type set up for that, but just haven't got round to it. I've still got a lot to learn of the Final Cut stuff, and trying to get into the Motion side of things too, it's amazingly addictive!!!

i studied AS media last year and we had an asignment to make a movie trailer, was pretty fun n you learn a lot about editing and filming. you can count me in, although i dont know too much about the camera tech.
