28th DECEMBER, DEPARTURE TIME CONFIRMATION

Hello Everyone,

Im Lee and I thought I would introduce myself and say hi.

I will be on the 2 week ski improvement course, have been skiing many years, just badly!

Looking forward to meeting you all, dont expect me to remeber names though!

PLEASE NOTE:
Tori sent me an updated email with new times, unfortunately these were not the same as Air Canada's.

Tori thinks that mine may have been a one off error, im sure she will confirm any that were not right but didn't want any of you to miss the flight, as such I thought I would just put a note on here that the departure time on 28th December flight AC851 is 12.05pm

See Air Canada Website for Confirmation if in doubt.

From: London, Heathrow, GB (LHR)
To: Calgary, Calgary Int'l

Direct Flights

AC851 12:05 14:00 333 0

Cheers

Had a look at my booking and it also states departure at 13:30.I'm sure when we get our E ticket it should show the time.

I'll be heading out early anyway as you never know with the underground, even though I live close to Heathrow.

See you all on the 28th....

I'm so eager anyway I'll probably allow far too much contingency and end up sat waiting at Heathrow at dawn Smile

Thanks for this info. I also need to change my taxi time. Has anyone received their e-tickets yet? Just thought that I would ask before bothering Tori who is probably running around like mad. I'm Helen BTW and will be on the 3 week Fernie ski improver course.

Yeah, I saw the temperature was a bit er 'nippy' to say the least - I can't quite imagine just how cold that is actually is but I'm sure glad I asked for plenty of thermal stuff for Christmas!

One bag is now almost packed... going to start the countdown in hours soon!

Thanks for the info about the tickets. I won't bother Tori as my mind has been put at rest. As for the temperature! I think I will also be doing some serious upgrading of my thermals. But I'm wondering whether to wait until we arrive in Fernie; logic being that kit sold there will be made for such cold weather.

Yeah, same thinking here Helen - I've just got one of everything to keep my bags light and will get any extras I need when I'm there.
