• Skis
How much is everyone budgetting to pay for the skis and boots etc?? I'm not sure how much to put on one side for them both?? I've seen boots can cost from £120 to about £400, which is just crazy amounts!! And ski's..?? who knows?!?! heeeelp

hmnmm i'm not sure.. but i'm thinking that i mite hire stuff for the first week and try a few brands out before i buy everything x

Unless you want to purchase top end stuff you should be able to pick up a good pair of boots in Canada for around £150 and skis for around £250.
Get some good boots then do some demo testing the first week is a good idea. You then also don't have to worry about what happens to them while you get your skiing legs back!

im in a bit of a pickle too! i mean its all good buying a pair of skiis to suit our ability and stuff but were gonna improve and then our skiis might not be good enough!!!!
More to the point hopefully ill get my skiis,bindings and poles for less than £400
