Re: Air Canada Fees

Hi Guys

I'm on the 2nd Safari too. Getting really excited. Not sure how the Air Canada baggage charges work for me. I booked around 13th Nov but like you guys did not get my e-ticket from STA until 16th Jan. I rang reservations last weekend to tell them I was taking my board they did not mention anything about charges but said that they would 'make a note' that I would be taking it. Hopefully if you have asked the question we will all be told what situation is this next week. Travelled to Canada and US for years and not had as much palava with flights. AC said you can take a board and it can weigh up to 23kg but you can't pack anything with it! Anyway Mike, now you've made the first post maybee the others will follow - with the stuff to get us all going, like its Friday and only 4 more school days to go for me! Its snowing at Red, theres a pitcher and Nachos waiting for us at KH. Frankie :)

Air Canada Fees

Hi all of you on the 2nd snow safari,
Looking forward to skiing with you soon!

If you are taking your skiis/boards you may need to check with Air Canada about their change in fees.
We booked our flight on 11th decmber but STA didn't issue our tickets till 14th Jan which apparently means that we need to pay for our skiis to be put in the hold. If tickets had been issued pre 23rd dec this would be free and baggage allowance better.

Am slightly miffed but Georgie is looking into it for us.
Mike and Claire
